We are in need of an acquisitions inside sales agent to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making calls,to warm leads, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process Lead Tracking and Organization: Manage and organize a comprehensive database of leads, including information on potential buyers, sellers, vendors and agents. Implement systems for categorizing and prioritizing leads based on their level of interest and urgency. Communication and Follow-Up: Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries from potential clients. Execute and monitor follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Utilize various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms to maintain consistent contact with leads. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for our stakeholders with potential buyers and sellers. Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and preferences of leads to determine their suitability for the services offered. Collaborate with operators, agents, and other team members to gather additional information and insights for personalized lead engagement. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools and reports to track the performance of lead generation efforts. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators related to lead conversion and engagement. CRM Management: Proficiently use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to input and manage lead data. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the team. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with team members to understand current market conditions, property availability, and other factors that may impact lead conversion. Provide regular updates on lead status and collaborate on strategies to maximize conversion rates. Lead Generation Strategies: Collaborate with marketing teams to identify, implement, and test effective lead-generation strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and changes to continually refine lead management processes Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the lead management process, ensuring that potential clients have a positive experience with the company. Qualifications: Has superb interpersonal and communication skills High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred Quiet home office setup. Prover experience in a seller service, customer service, or call center role is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to empathize with customers. Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Proficient in computer systems. Commitment to delivering kind, compassionate, quality service. Compensation: $70,000-80,000 annually
