Position Overview: As a Level I Certified Licensed Practical Nurse at Health, you'll play a crucial role in our high-volume Clinical Contact Center. Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming calls, ensuring timely and accurate processing of patient diagnostic imaging, labs, prescriptions, and other activities in alignment with the providers' directives. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls related to general or post-visit care Process e-prescription requests from pharmacies Call-in and submit patient medications to pharmacies based on provider instructions Cultivate positive relationships and rapport with patients and callers Liaise with insurance companies for medication prior authorization Correspond with providers through the electronic medical record system (eClinicalWorks) regarding patient activity Respond to patient inquiries regarding general medical questions Accurately document telephone encounters Receive and communicate test results from providers following all HIPAA regulations Transfer patient calls to appropriate personnel for further assistance as needed Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent education Successful completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program with a current LPN Certification/Registration 3+ years of work experience in a clinical private practice setting with EMR experience Ability to efficiently handle high call volume with a proven history of driving a positive patient experience Exceptional organizational and coordination skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including rotating evening shifts until 7 pm Professional appearance and a positive attitude Benefits: Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to: Medical insurance with prescription drug coverage Dental insurance Vision insurance Company-paid child care Company-paid basic life insurance 401(k) with company match Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Healthcare Flexible Spending Account Paid time off Embark on a fulfilling career journey with Health, where your dedication to patient care and professional growth is celebrated and supported.
