Job Overview

The Receptionist is responsible for answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors and general administrative duties.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

* Gate keeper for front desk/direct and escort visitors
* Answer and route incoming phone calls
* Maintain sign in book and parking permit log
* Perform general administrative duties
* Assist in maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients
* Maintain office calendars, book conference rooms and coordiate food orders as needed
* Monitor cleaning service
* Track and maintain desk assignment list, set up new team members with It equipment and office supplies

Job Skills & Abilities

* Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Basic math skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Dependability
* Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
* Good time management and organizational skills

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma required

0-2 years of reception or related administrative experience

Work Environment/Job Conditions

This job is performed on the construction jobsite and requires frequent sitting (often working on a computer), some walking, standing, bending, and reaching. Due to computer usage, there may be repetitive motions of the hands and wrists. He/she must be able to navigate the office and must comply with all Company safety requirements in the office and on the jobsite.
