Begin an exceptional career journey with us today. **Real Estate ProjectManager** We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the lead in real estate endeavors across various projects. As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio encompassing acquisitions, greenfield developments, operational projects, and divestitures. This pivotal role involves acting as the primary liaison with internal teams and managing external relationships with real estate vendors. From project inception to financial closure, you will be responsible for all real estate deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft and negotiate a range of real estate agreements, including leases, amendments, easements, and purchase agreements. - Manage governmental and third-party agreements, ensuring compliance with project permits. - Track and fulfill all real estate-related conditions associated with permits. - Coordinate vendor agreements and associated documents, such as MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and Change Orders. - Conduct thorough real estate due diligence for M&A projects, including lease, title, and survey reviews. - Maintain accurate real estate summaries, trackers, and databases to support project management. - Lead real estate calls and meetings, preparing agendas and facilitating discussions. - Supervise and review the work of Real Estate Analysts assisting on projects. - Act as the primary point of contact for upper management regarding real estate matters. **Qualifications and Competencies:** - Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant real estate experience. - Proficiency in commercial title and survey-related work, including negotiation and coordination. - Experience in closing significant financial transactions, including construction debt financing and tax equity. - Strong ability to interpret legal documents and mitigate risks effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proven ability to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail. - Aptitude for prioritization and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Concur, and Google Earth. - Willingness to travel as needed.
