Job Description:
Were searching for a real estate assistant with a can-do and do-more attitude to assist with administration, marketing, scheduling, calendar management, project management, social media management and more. **Real estate license and ability to do real estate showings is a plus** Part-time or full-time may be possible. We hire slowly, but for the right fit, this is an amazing opportunity to work with an amazing team and learn the real estate business.
Responsibilities:
Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
Available evenings and weekends
