As a Business Process Consultant, you'll:

• Champion and lead initiatives in business process reengineering using Lean Six Sigma and cutting-edge data analysis techniques.
• Develop and oversee process improvement pipelines, collaborating with high-profile clients on prioritization and implementation.
• Provide top-notch consulting, especially during the initial Scoping and Definition phases of projects.
• Engage with top-tier executives, delivering presentations and facilitating strategic decision-making.
• Seamlessly manage a diverse range of projects, ensuring each meets the hallmark of our quality standards.

What you'll need:

• A Bachelors Degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Experience in consulting or the financial sector, with a pronounced focus on process improvement and automation.
• A robust skill set including RPA tools like Blue Prism and UI Path, OCR, BPM, and ML.
• A charismatic communicator and relationship builder.
• Willingness to embark on travels (10-20%) based on project need
