Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. We are committed to cultivating a collaborative and inclusive work environment where every team member's contribution is valued. Position Purpose: As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide expertise in employee relations, policy interpretation, recruitment, and personnel coaching in alignment with company policies. Acting as a strategic partner, you will support our office personnel. Proactively identifying areas of concern, you will coordinate effective solutions to foster a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities: Manage employee relations across office sites. Conduct internal investigations as necessary. Facilitate new hire orientations for the region. Deliver HR training sessions as required. Offer guidance to managers and employees on various HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Address employee grievances and conduct investigations. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Collaborate with leadership to nurture a positive and engaging work culture. Perform other duties as assigned, with reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience. Profound understanding of employment laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred certification: SHRM or HRCI. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options. While our office is located at Hwy 183 & Burnet, the incumbent will have the opportunity for partial remote work after completing training.
